Ordering Information: Please refer to the following guidelines before placing your order.

How To Order:

• Orders require one week’s notice with a 50% deposit to secure your date.
• The balance is due prior to the delivery or pickup date.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rush orders (only if available and less than one week’s notice) require payment in full.
• All details, including design, cake size, flavour, etc., must be finalized at the time of booking.
• Orders can be placed through the Order Form on the website or by sending a DM through Instagram.  I will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with a quote/invoice via PayPal.

Pricing:

• Pricing for each item can be found under the Pricing page.
• Cakes/Custom Cakes: Pricing is determined by serving size and intricacy of design.  Contact me for a quote.

Payments:

• Payments can be made through PayPal (an invoice will be provided).  You can use either credit or debit through PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
• Payments can also be made in person, cash or e-transfer.  My email is: [email protected]

Delivery/Pick Up:

• There is a $2.00 per km delivery fee on all orders.  Peel Region only.
• Due to the nature of the products, someone must be home at the time of delivery.
• Pick up in Mississauga (Cawthra and Bloor area).
• Pick up Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am – 10 am OR 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.  Contactless porch pick up still available upon request.

During the summer months, your vehicle must be air-conditioned.
